1. See the sad thing about a guy like you is, in 50 years you're gonna start doin' some thinkin' on your own, and you're gonna come up with the fact that there are two certainties in life. One, don't do that. And two, you dropped 150 grand on a fuckin' education you could've got for a dollar and fifty in late charges at the public library.
2. Liberty, in case you've forgotten, is a soul's right to breathe. And when it cannot take a long breath, laws are girded too tight. Without liberty, man is a syncope.
3. Now, no more shenanigans, no more tomfoolery, no more ballyhoo.
4. A difficult theorem can be like a symphony. It's very erotic.
5. Nail them while they're vulnerable.
6. You're just a kid. You don't have the faintest idea what you're talking about.
7. If I asked you about women, you'd probably give me a syllabus of your personal favorites. You may have even been laid a few times. But you can't tell me what if feels like to wake up next to a woman and feel truly happy.
8. If I asked you about war, you'd probably throw Shakespeare at me, right? "Once more into the breach, dear friends." But you've never been near one. You've never held your best friend's head in your lap and watch him gasp his last breath looking to you for help.
9. If I asked you about love, you'd probably quote me a sonnet. But you've never looked at a woman and been totally vulnerable...known someone that could level you with her eyes...feelin' like God put an angel on Earth just for you, who could rescue you from the depths of hell. And you wouldn't know what it's like to be her angel, to have that love for her be there forever...through anything.
10. You don't know about real loss...'cause that only occurs when you love something more than you love yourself.
11. Sometimes people get lucky.
12. It's wonderful stuff , you know...little things like that. Yeah, but those are the things I miss the most. The little idiosyncrasies that only I knew about.
13. People call these things imperfections, but they're not. That's the good stuff.
14. You can know everything in the world, sport. But, the only way you're finding out that one is by giving it a shot.
15. You'll have bad times, but that'll always wake you up to the good stuff you weren't paying attention to.
16. If you're not thinking with your wiener, then you're acting directly on its behalf.
17. Outlook does not look good.
18. Direction's one thing. Manipulation's another.
19. You can do anything you want. You are bound by nothing.
