This little girl is having her siesta while being carried by her father. Papa then is patiently waiting for the great event to happen in front of the Carcar City Hall. The said event would be the “Suroy Suroy Sugbo”, a program of the provincial government of Cebu aiming to strengthen the province’s tourism industry. Hmmm… Should’ve been worth the wait.
